Fiscal and Program Grant Management

I leveraged ongoing collaboration and knowledge transfer from grant accountants and program managers, and using a highly iterative Agile Scrum project approach, I designed, developed, trained, and supported custom-developed, web-enabled grant management solutions. Maintenance windows were collaboratively designed to apply ongoing updates and promote features, then complete regression testing.  Change management ensured requirements were documented accurately and consistently, including success validation criteria.  Communication management included efficient, timely, proactive, and honest assessments.
