Analysts typically come from a homogenous background, usually with a management focus.
Conversely, I have succeeded within several vertical and parallel roles simultaneously, and mentored others so they may incorporate my experience.
Software Tester
Starting as a software tester, I was trained and thrived in a disciplined and structured framework to efficiently isolate and resolve issues, while preserving customer relationships.
As a result, I am deeply motivated to collaborate on a structure approach to quality assurance.

During my first BS degree, minoring in programming, I was promoted to software developer in which I have successfully led projects for over twenty years, primarily within the Microsoft stack.
Development included: embedded, software, web, business intelligence, database, and cloud.

Business Analyst/Project Manager/Section Manager
While completing my second BS degree in preparation for my MBA, I was promoted to lead an application services unit and assist the Director of IT in reimagining IT operations with a focus on standardization and compliance.
In addition to collaboratively implementing ITIL-based and Scrum-based methodologies, instilling within the team proactive fulfillment of organization training and policy, I led project multiple simultaneous projects within heterogenous teams and skillsets.
During this evolution, I gained essentials skills in project management, extreme ownership, emotional intelligence, but most important, adopting constant and increasing excellence in all areas.
